Wooloomooloo Steakhouse - Fukuju Pairing

Overlooking the majestic view of Marina, Wooloomooloo had pullled the best service during Fukuju pairing dinner.
At $148++, guests had to book their table in advance in order to try Chef Dinesh specially curated menu. These are dishes not listed in their menu and put together with Fukuju taste in mind. Chef said, "the most difficult part about creating this menu was Fukuju goes well with almost anything and the ultimate goal was to find the right balance so the pairing doesn't overpower one another".
Chef Dinesh idea came to fruition with guests witnessing the beautiful pairing first hand.
1st course - Steak Tartare (Awasaki lychee cocktail)
2nd course - Bonito Cured Yellowtail (Junmai Daiginjo)
3rd course - White Pryenees Lamb Chop (Junmai Ginjo)
4th course - Morgan's Ranch 300-day Grain Fed USDA Prime Ribeye (Junmai Mikagego)
5th course - Philadelphia Cheecake (Yuzushu)
The event ended on a good note with on site purchases as special discounts were offered. We would like to thank each and every guest for taking their time and effort to attend this one of a kind pairing.
